Extension for CELSIO shrink-fit chuck LEUCO is intended for CNC machining centres. It is used for hogging work on parts that are difficult to reach. What the LEUCO design provides: hot-rolled steel with particular hardness characteristics for a very long service life, temperature resistance and dimensional stability, concentricity < 0.003 measured in the clamping zone, and with an adjusting screw for setting the length. What the manufacturer highlights: Weldon shanks or Whistle-Notch shanks can be fitted, the best clamping results are achieved with cylindrical shanks of h6 tolerance, optimal slender design to DIN 69882-8, and shrink fitting of HW and HS tools with h6 tolerance shanks. This range covers 4 versions: overall length of 160 mm. Notes on use: clamping: recommended for use in ps-System hydro chucks, TRIBOS or shrink-fit chucks.
