Finger jointing tool bodies LEUCO, interchangeable HS cutters are designed for use on finger jointing lines. Their field of application covers joining structural components that need maximum strength. Stated design features: steel tool body, interchangeable cutters (4 or 6 for Ø160 and 6 or 8 for Ø250 mm) for particularly high feed rates, secure fixing, and cutting material: HS-topcoat. Claimed strengths: tool life multiplied compared with the usual materials, and better tool life, wear resistance and less build-up thanks to the topcoat coating. The series comprises 5 versions: outside diameter from 129.8 to 216 mm, bore of 50 mm, cutting width of 30.4 mm and number of teeth from 2 to 4. Cutting material: high-speed steel (HS).
