Their field of application covers joining structural components that need maximum strength. Stated design features: steel tool body, interchangeable cutters (4 or 6 for Ø160 and 6 or 8 for Ø250 mm) for particularly high feed rates, secure fixing, and cutting material: HS-topcoat. Claimed strengths: tool life multiplied compared with the usual materials, and better tool life, wear resistance and less build-up thanks to the topcoat coating. The series comprises 5 versions: outside diameter from 129.8 to 216 mm, bore of 50 mm, cutting width of 30.4 mm and number of teeth from 2 to 4. Cutting material: high-speed steel (HS).
