Finiture RIB30 pallet wrapping robot

Description

The RIB30 automatically wraps pallets at the end of the line. The system detects the size of the pallet presented on its own, which avoids setting the machine up at every change of packing and suits joinery production where loads vary from one shipment to the next. The unit measures 1,350 mm wide, 1,650 mm deep and 3,030 mm high. The minimum working size accepted is 600 × 600 mm for a height of 600 mm, the maximum height handled being 3,000 mm. This range covers hardware pallets as well as tall packs of assembled frames. The equipment completes Finiture's packing range, alongside the WS30 joinery wrapping machine and the CS30 loading trolley, in an end-of-line arrangement intended for window manufacturers.
