Finiture WS30 automatic joinery wrapping machine

Description

The WS30 wraps finished joinery in stretch film. Its steel structure combines a turntable, fitted with a carrier suited to joinery, and a column along which the clamping arm and the carriage holding the film and bubble wrap reels slide. The whole is controlled by a programmable logic controller. Film tension is regulated by a magnetic clutch, a decisive setting for tightening the wrap without marking the profiles or straining the joints. Finiture offers as an option a loading and unloading roller conveyor together with a holder for the bubble wrap reel. The machine measures 2,400 mm wide by 3,000 mm high. The same manufacturer's CS30 trolley, with its gooseneck structure, is designed to enter the WS30 press and remove the window once it is wrapped.
