Description
The DSG Prime is the new generation of Wintersteiger thin-kerf frame saw blades. It draws on leading-edge materials and manufacturing processes to go significantly beyond the performance of conventional blades. The steel band was developed with Uddeholmstrip Saw Steel in order to offer the optimum compromise between strength and edge life. Combined with the thin-kerf frame sawing machines from the manufacturer, the DSG Prime delivers one of the finest kerfs and high accuracy on hardwood as well as softwood. The range also includes the scraper version, which accompanies the main blade to prepare and even out the cut. The whole set integrates into the Wintersteiger thin-kerf frame sawing lines for consistent operation.
