A hardwood of Brazilian origin, Garapa is offered by Guillemette & Cie within its selection of timbers imported from South America. Its data sheet positions it for decking, an application for which merchants look for tropical species suited to outdoor floors. The company supplies it as sawn timber prepared to order: the sections are defined with the customer and then cut to order. The timbers come from sustainably managed forests, selected with long-standing partner suppliers. FSC or PEFC availability is not automatic; it applies only to batches identified as certified and is checked case by case, ahead of order confirmation.
