Description
Glued solid timber, also known as reconstituted solid wood or GST (Glued Solid Timber), is manufactured by assembling 2 or 3 thick solid wood lamellas. These lamellas are glued face to face by their flat sides and aligned parallel to the wood grain. Depending on whether it is composed of 2 or 3 wood lamellas, the glued timber is referred to as 'duo' or 'trio'. The lamellas are glued and finger-jointed lengthwise to form the final product.
