Description

Hemlock is a North American softwood that Guillemette & Cie imports from the United States and Canada. The manufacturer intends it for exterior and interior joinery, mouldings, panelling and packaging, a range that covers fine fit-out as well as more everyday uses. The company supplies it as sawn timber cut to order, with sections prepared to order according to the requirement submitted. The timbers come from sustainably managed forests, sourced from partner forestry groups in the boreal regions. FSC or PEFC certification concerns only batches explicitly identified as certified; its availability is checked case by case rather than being a given across the whole range.
