Herakles ERP and production management software for sawmills, carpentry and joinery

Description

This version of the Herakles ERP is aimed at sawmills, carpenters, timber joiners and timber frame house builders. It rests on technical management specific to the material: section, length, area, volume and density are all used, the weight being recalculated from the species, the thickness, the width and the density. A link with CAD brings in a bill of materials at quotation or production stage. The quotation is structured into sections and sub-sections, with location, a detailed take-off at every level and the phases of work. Complex projects such as timber frame or trussed rafter work rely on multi-level bills of materials without limit, and parametric part templates work out routings and cost prices according to the manufacturing rules. To this are added workshop planning to finite or infinite capacity, site planning by team, barcode tracking, forestry operations and the traceability of PEFC or FSC certified timber.
