Herakles Pilotage module for business intelligence and dashboards

Description

Herakles Pilotage transforms the operating data held in the software so that a visualisation tool can use it. The transformed data is placed in a data warehouse, the publisher supplying the extraction and transformation tool as well as the storage; the reporting tool itself is not part of the pack. The extraction chain also keeps history, for instance of an order book or a stock position, which querying the database directly cannot do. The warehouse is delivered documented, tables, fields and links included, and offers standard tables rich in dimensions that cover the usual needs; specific tables can be added. The analyses supplied cover purchasing, sales, quality and profitability: turnover quoted, ordered, invoiced and paid, lead-time variances, service levels, the cost of non-conformance, margins and comparisons. The choice of reporting tool is left open.
