Description

High-performance grooving cutter p-System CM DP LEUCO is intended for stationary CNC machines and for finished quality in fibrous materials such as textile- or linoleum-coated panels with jute fibres and so on. It is used for grooves, notches, pocket machining and the grooving of solid wood (knot-free) along and across the grain. What the LEUCO design provides: extreme shear cut. What the manufacturer highlights: maximum cut quality and tool life, and a cut free of breakout on exit. This range covers 15 versions: outside diameter from 8 to 25 mm, shank from 8 to 25 mm, overall length from 65 to 100 mm and 1 tooth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Notes on use: minimum groove depth 0.5 mm, from 25 mm Z=2 is possible, the end cut is always Z=1, and curved end cuts improve the quality of the rebate bottom, but the corner of the rebate is not perfectly sharp.
