High-performance shank cutter p-System CM DP - DP cutters for is intended for weeke BHX050 and BHX055 from 01.09.2015, and BHX 050/055 machines fitted with servo motors delivered from 01/01/2014 can be updated by the manufacturer (note: chargeable service). It is used for chip-free cutting and facing of solid wood (knot-free) along and across the grain, and for sizing and cutting coated panels (melamine-faced, paper-coated, HPL, veneered and lacquered). What the LEUCO design provides: extreme shear cut and asymmetric version. This range covers 4 versions: outside diameter from 20 to 25 mm, shank of 25 mm, overall length from 105 to 125 mm and number of teeth from 1 to 2. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Notes on use: the tool with plunge cut (L4) must project at least 4.5 mm below the panel to bring the first shear cut into play, and plunge only at an angle or in a circular motion.
