High-performance shank cutter p-System CM DP LEUCO

Description

High-performance shank cutter p-System CM DP LEUCO is designed for use on stationary CNC machines and for finished quality when shear cutting fibrous materials such as laminated, textile- or linoleum-coated panels with jute fibres, cork and so on. Its field of application covers chip-free cutting and facing of solid wood (knot-free) along and across the grain and the sizing and cutting of coated panels (melamine-faced, paper-coated, HPL, veneered and lacquered). Stated design features: extreme shear cut and DP plunge cut. The series comprises 11 versions: outside diameter from 12 to 25 mm, shank from 16 to 25 mm, overall length from 85 to 130 mm and number of teeth from 1 to 2. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Points to watch flagged by the manufacturer: set the tool centred on the facing width, and tools with a plunge cut (L4) must project at least 4.5 mm below the workpiece in order to use the p-System cuts.
