Description
The Piccolo is the smallest Holtec log cross-cut saw, yet already a benchmark for cross-cutting in the log yard. Easy to handle, accurate and flexible in use, it has its place in every log yard, whatever the volume. Its cutting unit takes a STIHL chain with a 0.404" pitch, which gives extremely fine cut surfaces and a narrow saw slot, a source of many advantages: little material lost in the kerf, a clean cut and long life for the cutting attachment. Compact and robust, it makes the trimming cuts and the first cuts to length on the logs with great precision. The Piccolo is aimed at sawmills and operations looking for a compact, reliable and accurate log cross-cut saw, easy to integrate into an existing log yard station.
