Description

HS finger jointing cutters Z=4 LEUCO are designed for use on finger jointing lines and on machines with a crosscutting device. Their field of application covers the finger jointing of softwoods, hardwoods and exotic woods, with a joint length of 15 mm. Stated design features: a true Z=4 for high feed speeds, joint length of 15 mm, HS suitable for softwoods and HS Solid 34 suitable for softwoods with knots. Claimed strengths: HS Solid 34: high bending strength, tool life 1.5 to 2 times longer than HS finger jointing cutters, and topcoat 104: tool life twice as long as HS finger jointing cutters. The series comprises 12 versions: outside diameter of 170 mm, bore of 50 mm, cutting width from 26.4 to 41 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: high-speed steel (HS).
