Description

HS hydro profile tool bodies LEUCO are aimed at hydro moulders. The tool is used for profiling solid wood. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: the maximum speed depends on the knife height, see the “maximum speed” table. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: high feed rate with the best cut quality and no chatter marks, play-free centring thanks to the 2 hydraulic pressure chambers, Weinig system, a high level of concentricity and vibration-free rotation, and play-free positioning of the knives by precision serrations at 60 degrees with a 1.6 mm pitch. The range comes in 38 versions: outside diameter from 137 to 215 mm, bore from 40 to 50 mm, cutting width from 60 to 310 mm and number of teeth from 4 to 12. Cutting material: high-speed steel (HS).
