HW crosscut saw blades for non-ferrous metals LEUCO are aimed at mitre saws and table saws. The tool is used for end cutting and mitre cutting of PVC profiles and for very fine, burr-free cuts in thin-walled aluminium profiles. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: positive or negative rake angle, tooth form: “G7” and cutting material: HW HL Board 06. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: reduced cutting effort thanks to an uneven tooth spacing, excellent cutting without burrs and with low roughness thanks to the special pitches, and very quiet thanks to the special laser patterns. The range comes in 25 versions: outside diameter from 250 to 600 mm, bore from 30 to 40 mm, cutting width from 3.2 to 4.6 mm and number of teeth from 84 to 140. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW). To consider before ordering: secure clamping of the workpiece is required and max. wall thickness 5 mm.
