HW crosscut saw blades for non-ferrous metals LEUCO, “TR-F” are designed for use on mitre saws and crosscut saws. Their field of application covers crosscuts in thin-walled plastic and aluminium profiles. Stated design features: negative rake angle, tooth form: triple chip and flat “TR-F” and cutting material: HW HL Board 10. Claimed strengths: the large number of teeth avoids snatching of the blade and chipping of the material. The series comprises 2 versions: outside diameter from 200 to 250 mm, bore of 30 mm, cutting width of 2.2 mm and number of teeth from 100 to 126. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW).
