HW crosscut saw blades for non-ferrous metals LEUCO are aimed at table saws. The tool is used for crosscutting non-ferrous metals and plastic profiles as well as laminated wood-based materials (Corian®, Noblan and Varicor®). In terms of design, LEUCO provides: positive rake angle, tooth form: trapezoidal-flat “TR-F” and cutting material: HW HL Board 10. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: laser cutting to reduce the noise level. The range comes in 4 versions: outside diameter from 250 to 300 mm, bore from 30 to 32 mm, cutting width of 3.2 mm and number of teeth from 72 to 96. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW). To consider before ordering: the workpiece must be held securely.
