Applications intended by the manufacturer: crosscutting non-ferrous metals and plastic profiles as well as laminated wood-based materials (Corian®, Noblan and Varicor®). Design details given by the manufacturer: positive rake angle, tooth form: trapezoidal-flat “TR-F” and cutting material: HW HL Board 06. Benefits claimed in use: laser cutting to reduce the noise level. The article group brings together 8 versions: outside diameter from 350 to 500 mm, bore from 30 to 40 mm, cutting width from 3.2 to 4 mm and number of teeth from 92 to 120. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: the workpiece must be held securely.
