HW crosscut saw blades for non-ferrous metals, version 2 are designed for use on mitre saws, crosscut saws and table saws. Their field of application covers crosscutting and mitre cuts in aluminium profiles. Stated design features: neutral rake angle, tooth form: trapezoidal-flat “TR-F” and cutting material: HW HL Board 06. Claimed strengths: burr-free cuts in profiles and with a low roughness, and laser cutting to reduce the noise level. The series comprises 5 versions: outside diameter from 380 to 550 mm, bore from 30 to 32 mm, cutting width from 3.6 to 4.4 mm and number of teeth from 90 to 126.
