Description
HW crosscut saw blades for timber optimising “WSA” are designed for use on cross-cutting devices, underneath crosscut saws and radial arm saws. Their field of application covers cross cuts in solid wood. Stated design features: positive rake angle, tooth form: alternate top bevel with chamfer “WSA”, cutting material: HW HL Board 06, and very high bending strength and tooth hardness. Claimed strengths: reduced cutting force thanks to the alternating axial angles, and the long tool life allows higher productivity. The series comprises 7 versions: outside diameter from 400 to 630 mm, bore of 30 mm, cutting width from 3.4 to 5.4 mm and number of teeth from 120 to 180. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW).
