HW cylindrical head boring bit LEUCO, Z=3+3 is aimed at stationary drilling machines, automatic drilling machines and CNC machining centres. The tool is used for chip-free drilling in solid wood and wood-based materials. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: 3 chip clearers, 3 scribers without a centring point, and brazed in HW. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: a drilling depth that can come very close to the underside face, chip-free drilling thanks to the scribers, and a high feed rate through Z = 3+3. The range comes in 6 versions: drilling diameter from 25 to 40 mm, shank of 10 mm, overall length of 57.5 mm and 3 teeth. Cutting material: carbide (HW).
