HW EcoPro shank tool bodies for milling raised panels, part are aimed at CNC machines. The tool is used for profiling solid wood and wood-based materials. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: cutting material: HW HL Board 06 for hardwoods and wood-based materials, cutting material: HW HL Solid 60 for softwoods, and shank with internal M8 thread able to take an adjusting screw. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: excellent cut quality, including across the grain in solid wood, for raised panel profiles, and tool body and indexable inserts profiled on request. The range comes in 4 versions: outside diameter from 142 to 150 mm, shank of 25 mm, overall length of 143 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: carbide (HW). To consider before ordering: inserts can be profiled to the customer’s wishes, the tool body can be used for one profile only, and the stop screw is to be ordered separately.
