HW edge flush trim and chamfer tool bodies HSK 25R LEUCO are designed for use on Homag and IMA edge banding machines. Their field of application covers flush trimming and chamfering edges in solid wood, veneer and plastics. Stated design features: with axial angle, cutting material: HW HL Board 05 and max. speed = 18,000 rpm. Claimed strengths: excellent cut quality thanks to a high level of concentricity and vibration-free rotation. The series comprises 2 versions: outside diameter of 77 mm, cutting width of 12 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: carbide (HW).
