Description

HW edge flush trim and chamfer tool bodies LEUCO equip edge banding machines. Applications intended by the manufacturer: chamfering edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. Design details given by the manufacturer: cut without bevel, cutting material: HW HL Board 05 and max. speed = 18,000 rpm. The article group brings together 6 versions: outside diameter from 57 to 82 mm, bore from 16 to 20 mm, cutting width from 12 to 16 mm and number of teeth from 2 to 4. Cutting material: carbide (HW). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: use on the right or on the left and direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
