HW edge flush trim cutters HSK 25R LEUCO, Homag, IMA are designed for use on Homag and IMA edge banding machines. Their field of application covers flush trimming and chamfering edges in solid wood, veneer and plastics. Stated design features: with axial angle and max. speed = 24,000 rpm. Claimed strengths: excellent cut quality thanks to a high level of concentricity and vibration-free rotation. The series comprises 2 versions: outside diameter of 70 mm, cutting width of 35 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: carbide (HW). Points to watch flagged by the manufacturer: direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
