HW edge rounding cutters HW LEUCO, SCM-Stefani Round/K are designed for use on SCM-Stefani edge banding machines with the ED system and the Round/K unit. Their field of application covers rounding edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. Stated design features: with axial angle and max. speed = 30,000 rpm. Claimed strengths: chip capture optimised, the machine is no longer cluttered with chips, malfunctions caused by chips eliminated, and reduced extraction power. The series comprises 8 versions: outside diameter of 55.7 mm, bore of 16 mm and 3 teeth. Cutting material: carbide (HW).
