HW edge rounding cutters LEUCO, SCM-IDM are aimed at SCM-IDM edge banding machines with the ED system and the C1 / C2 unit. The tool is used for rounding edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: with axial angle, polished tooth face and clearance face, and max. speed = 18,000 rpm. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: chip capture optimised, the machine is no longer cluttered with chips, malfunctions caused by chips eliminated, and reduced extraction power. The range comes in 8 versions: outside diameter of 70 mm, bore of 16 mm and number of teeth from 3 to 4. Cutting material: carbide (HW).
