HW edge rounding tool bodies for machining centres LEUCO - Homag are aimed at Homag machining centres. The tool is used for rounding edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: cut without bevel, cutting material: HW HL Board 06 and max. speed = 18,000 rpm. The range comes in 14 versions: outside diameter from 59 to 63 mm, bore of 19 mm, cutting width of 15 mm and 3 teeth. Cutting material: carbide (HW). To consider before ordering: identical tool body for R 1 - 3 mm and R 4 - 5 mm, delivery includes 3 replacement inserts, and direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
