HW edge rounding tool bodies LEUCO, IMA are intended for IMA edge banding machines. They are used for rounding edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. What the LEUCO design provides: straight cut without shear cut, cutting material: HW HL Board 05 and max. speed = 18,000 rpm. What the manufacturer highlights: an identical tool body for radii 1 - 5 mm and for the chamfer.
