Description
HW Folding segmented hoggers, sleeve-mounted LEUCO equip notching machines. Applications intended by the manufacturer: milling folding grooves and rebating veneered and coated wood-based materials. Design details given by the manufacturer: saw blade tooth form: flat “F” and speed n = 3,000 rpm and n = 6,000 rpm depending on the machine type. The article group brings together 6 versions: outside diameter from 200 to 250 mm, bore of 35 mm, cutting width from 22 to 36 mm and number of teeth from 40 to 48. Cutting material: carbide (HW). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: use against the feed, blade and segments are of the same diameter, and an opening angle > 90 degrees must be defined individually.
