Description
HW grooving saw blades LEUCO are designed for use on moulders and double-end tenoners. Their field of application covers chip-free grooving in solid wood and wood-based materials. The series comprises 61 versions: outside diameter from 150 to 220 mm, bore from 30 to 65 mm, cutting width from 1.5 to 10 mm and number of teeth from 12 to 48. Cutting material: carbide (HW). Points to watch flagged by the manufacturer: for Z = 12 and Z = 18, other groove widths are possible depending on the composition of the set (not possible for grooving saw blades with DKN), and the grooving width for tool sets is calculated as: total sum of “b” + the projection on the right and left of the HW tip + the thickness of the spacer rings.
