Description

HW mini finger-joint cutters LEUCO, easyFix finds its place on Grecon/Dimter, SMB, Scharpf + Kögel, Dieffenbacher and NKT finger-jointing lines, and machines with a cross-cut unit. Its field of use covers finger-jointing softwoods and hardwoods. Construction features stated: a very strong steel body, topline sharpening, Ø 160 mm: n max = 11,800 rpm, and Ø 210 mm: n max = 7,400 rpm. Stated strong points: excellent edge life from using the cutting material matched to the workpiece and from the spiral tooth arrangement, high stability from a reinforced back, pin holes allowing a Fibonacci arrangement, and an easyFix chuck for more comfortable set-up. The range comes in 5 versions: outside diameter from 160 to 260 mm, bore of 70 mm, cutting width from 3,6 to 3,95 mm and from 2 to 6 teeth. Cutting material: carbide (HW). Conditions of use given by LEUCO: adjustable to any timber thickness by means of a sleeve.
