HW mitre saw blades “G5” LEUCO are aimed at CNC machining centres and units. The tool is used for chip-free cuts, in sizing as well as crosscutting, and for mitre cuts in solid wood and its derivatives and in synthetic materials. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: tooth form: G5 and cutting materials: HW HL Board 04 plus. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: excellent cut quality across the grain, fine, high-quality cuts thanks to a particular tooth geometry, extremely long tool life, and laser cutting to reduce the noise level. The range comes in 10 versions: outside diameter from 180 to 350 mm, bore from 30 to 40 mm, cutting width of 3 mm and number of teeth from 60 to 100.
