HW Multi reversible inserts for scrapers, Inserts, knives equip IMA edge banding machines with unit 08.516. Applications intended by the manufacturer: use in scraper holders and the subsequent machining of standard edge bands such as PP / PVC / ABS. Design details given by the manufacturer: up to 4 profile combinations in a single scraper, an anti-white-line cutting edge, cutting material: HW and HL Board 06 for wood-based materials, plastics and hardwoods. Benefits claimed in use: up to 4 profiles without a tool change, no white line and no rework needed. The article group brings together 2 versions: bore of 4.4 mm. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: other special profile combinations available.
