HW Multi reversible inserts for scrapers, Scraper knives are intended for Homag (Brandt) edge banding machines with the MZ40 profile scraper unit. They are used in scraper holders and for the subsequent machining of standard edge bands such as PP / PVC / ABS. What the LEUCO design provides: 2 different radius combinations in a single scraper, an anti-white-line cutting edge, cutting material: HW and HL Board 06 for wood-based materials, plastics and hardwoods. What the manufacturer highlights: no white line, no rework needed, and a high-gloss effect. This range covers 8 versions: bore of 4 mm. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW). Notes on use: insertion from above for right-hand rotation and insertion from below for left-hand rotation.
