HW multi-rip saw blades “F” LEUCO are designed for use on four-sided moulders and single and twin arbor multi-rip saws. Their field of application covers ripping cuts in dry, squared softwoods. Stated design features: tooth form: flat “F”, cutting material: HW HL Board 20 and double keyways of type A and C brought together on a single blade. Claimed strengths: the offset positioning of the keyways A-B-A etc. reduces the cutting forces. The series comprises 10 versions: outside diameter from 200 to 350 mm, bore from 40 to 80 mm, cutting width from 2 to 3.5 mm and number of teeth from 20 to 28. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW). Points to watch flagged by the manufacturer: re-boring possible up to Ø 100 mm at extra cost, for cutting heights > 50mm use the version with HW scrapers, and for any special request enclose a data sheet.
