Description

HW multi-rip saw blades with HW scrapers LEUCO, “F” equip four-sided moulders and single- and twin-shaft multi-blade saws. Applications intended by the manufacturer: ripping in wet and dry timber. Design details given by the manufacturer: tooth form: flat “F”, cutting material: HW HL Board 20 and double keyways type A and C combined on a single blade. Benefits claimed in use: no build-up on the blade body thanks to the carbide stabilisers, and the staggered A-B-A arrangement of the keys reduces cutting forces. The article group brings together 12 versions: outside diameter from 180 to 350 mm, bore from 40 to 80 mm, cutting width from 2 to 3.8 mm and number of teeth from 16 to 28. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: for any special request, enclose a technical data sheet, and for cutting heights from 50 mm.
