Description

HW multi-rip saw blades “WS” LEUCO are aimed at four-sided moulders and single- and twin-shaft multi-blade saws. The tool is used for ripping cuts in dry, squared solid wood as well as in wood-based materials. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: double keyways type A and C combined on a single blade, tooth form: alternate top bevel “WS”, cutting material: HW HL Board 06 for wood-based materials, and cutting material: HW HL Board 20 for solid wood. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: the staggered A-B-A arrangement of the keys reduces cutting forces. The range comes in 8 versions: outside diameter from 190 to 300 mm, bore from 30 to 100 mm, cutting width from 3.2 to 3.4 mm and number of teeth from 20 to 42. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW). To consider before ordering: re-boring possible up to Ø 100 mm at extra cost, and for any special request, enclose a technical data sheet.
