HW panel sizing saw blades LEUCO, Q-Cut “TR-F K” are intended for horizontal panel saws. They are used for fine cuts in new materials (special surfaces) and plastics. What the LEUCO design provides: anti-vibration and anti-noise slots and additional expansion slots. What the manufacturer highlights: excellent cut quality in “anti fingerprint” materials and in conventional plastics, and no streaking on the machined surfaces thanks to the convex tooth flanks. This range covers 6 versions: outside diameter from 350 to 460 mm, bore from 30 to 60 mm, cutting width of 4 mm and 72 teeth. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW).
