Description
HW panel sizing saw blades LEUCO, U-Cut “TR-F” equip panel saws. Applications intended by the manufacturer: the ripping and sizing of laminated and veneered wood-based materials. Design details given by the manufacturer: up to ØD=360, 10 degree rake angle and from ØD=380, 15 degree rake angle. Benefits claimed in use: a cutting geometry optimised to improve cut quality, and laser cutting to reduce the noise level. The article group brings together 58 versions: outside diameter from 300 to 520 mm, bore from 30 to 80 mm, cutting width from 3.2 to 4.8 mm and number of teeth from 60 to 96. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: specially suited to machining wood-based materials coated with synthetic materials, singly or in packages, and NL**- Combi3 = 2/10/60 + 2/9/46 + 2/9.5/46.5 + 2/7/42.
