Description
HW panel sizing saw blades, Q-Cut “G6” Edition equips horizontal panel saws. Uses foreseen by the manufacturer: finishing cuts in laminated, veneered and PVC-coated wood-based panels, singly or in packs. Execution details noted by the manufacturer: tooth form: G6, and cutting material: HW HL Board 04 plus. Benefits stated in use: easyFix: NEW EASY HANDLING, the saw blade mounts easily on the machine despite an ultra-precise bore tolerance, and it meets the highest performance requirements. The range comes in 5 versions: outside diameter from 350 to 450 mm, bore from 30 to 60 mm, cutting width from 4,4 to 4,8 mm and 72 teeth. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW). Conditions of use given by LEUCO: blade projection: min. 20 - 25 mm / max. 40 mm, and NL**- Combi7 = 2/9/110 + 2/10/80 + 2/11/85 + 2/11/115 + 2/11/148 + 2/14/100 + 2/14/125 + 2/19/120.
