HW panel sizing saw blades, U-Cut speed “TR-F” are intended for horizontal panel saws. They are used for package cutting of raw and laminated wood-based materials. What the LEUCO design provides: anti-vibration and anti-noise slots and additional expansion slots. What the manufacturer highlights: meets the highest performance requirements, and cutting geometry optimised for reduced cutting force. This range covers 19 versions: outside diameter from 520 to 750 mm, bore from 30 to 100 mm, cutting width from 4.8 to 6.8 mm and number of teeth from 48 to 72. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW). Notes on use: package height: ident. no. 192629 up to max. 190 mm / ident. no. 192631 up to max. 210 mm / ident. no. 192633 up to max. 215 mm, and recommended blade projection: 20-30 mm.
