Description

HW PolyProfiler / EcoPro blank inserts LEUCO, B=40 mm are part of the LEUCO tool programme for machining wood and panels. The tool is used in LEUCO PolyProfiler and EcoPro tool bodies. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: two seating points and one stop point for very precise positioning, cutting material: HW and HL Board 06 for wood-based materials, plastics and hardwoods. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: very precise positioning of the blank inserts during profiling, as well as when fitting the inserts on the tool body. The range comes in 1 version: bore of 5 mm. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW). To consider before ordering: can be profiled to the customer’s wishes.
