HW profile grooving shank cutter LEUCO, for Lamello Clamex P is aimed at 5-axis CNC machines, intended for routing Lamello Clamex P® grooves and in particular for deep routing in the top of the panel, where this cannot be done with standard bore-type tools for Lamello Clamex P® on angular transmission aggregates. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: brazed HW and single-use tool (disposable). Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: it solves clearance problems with an angular transmission when the aggregate fouls while using bore-type tools of Ø 100.4 mm. The range comes in 1 version: outside diameter of 10 mm, shank of 10 mm, overall length of 70 mm and 1 teeth. Cutting material: carbide (HW). To consider before ordering: depending on the quality wanted, pre-routing with a negative finishing carbide cutter may be worthwhile (in the case of coatings at high risk of tearing) to reduce the cutting effort when profiling grooves.
