Description

HW saw blades for edge banding machines for, design 5 are aimed at edge banding machines and automated lines for edge profiling. The tool is used for cutting and trimming edges in veneer, laminate or solid wood edge bands. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: positive or negative rake angle, with or without axial angle, tooth form: alternate top bevel “WS” and cutting material: HW HL Board 06. The range comes in 4 versions: outside diameter from 120 to 180 mm, bore from 22 to 32 mm, cutting width from 2.4 to 3.5 mm and number of teeth from 20 to 42. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW).
