Applications intended by the manufacturer: cutting and trimming flush veneer or laminate edges or solid wood edge bands. Design details given by the manufacturer: special NoNoise chip clearance geometry, without axial angle, positive rake angle and tooth form: trapezoidal-flat “TR-F”. Benefits claimed in use: very quiet, with a noise reduction of about 6 dB(A) when idling. The article group brings together 2 versions: outside diameter of 110 mm, bore of 40 mm, cutting width from 1.7 to 2.4 mm and 30 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP), alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW).
