HW scoring saw blades for, Accessories for hoggers are intended for double-end tenoners with a scoring device, fitted with hoggers. They are used for the chip-free scoring of raw, melamine-faced, paper-coated and PVC-coated, laminated and veneered wood-based materials. What the LEUCO design provides: tooth form: flat “F” and cutting material: HW HL Board 06. This range covers 4 versions: outside diameter from 180 to 200 mm, bore of 50 mm, cutting width of 3.2 mm and number of teeth from 36 to 54. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW). Notes on use: use with the feed, for flange Ident-No. 160849 suited to the LEUCO s-System, and for flanges see the “Clamping systems” chapter.
