HW scoring saw blades for hoggers “F” LEUCO are designed for use on double-end tenoners with a scoring device, fitted with hoggers. Their field of application covers the chip-free scoring of raw, melamine-faced, paper-coated and PVC-coated, laminated and veneered wood-based materials. Stated design features: tooth form: flat “F” and cutting material: HW HL Board 06. The series comprises 6 versions: outside diameter of 180 mm, bore of 65 mm, cutting width of 3.2 mm and number of teeth from 36 to 54. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW).
